I had a great experience here. Brittany checked us in and upgraded our room for free, as we were worried about the bus tours that were there, and possible noise. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Also very quiet. The only observation I have is that there is no lamps in the room. I could have used one at the desk. Overall wonderful stay, thanks Brittany you are a gem.
It was a nice little hotel. It had everything we needed. The wifi was kinda slow though so I couldn't really do anything with it. The comforter kept sliding off at night. Otherwise it was great.
What a great hotel, they have the most comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff, Brittany was awesome and so were the guys at the front I didnt catch their names. A great amazing jacuzzi suite too. If I ever return to valemount this is where Ill stay 100 percent .
There are some nice improvements to this property since my last stay but my newly renovated room could have used some love. I hope there are plans to finish painting the trip and to add caulking and tile in the bathroom area, maybe some artwork in the room. It'd be a shame to see all that effort goto waste with half assed workmanship. Lack of those things left me feeling like my room was not finished and overpriced. On the plus side, the bed was great, and the room was very clean. I would stay there again, just not in a premium room.
Our family was saved by this hotel. The staff at the front desk, Brittany, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. It was a last minute decision to change hotels because of bad service in the original hotel we booked for the night. Called Valemount Vacation Inn and it was good that they had an available suite for our family of six. The room was newly renovated. Loved the bathroom and the kitchenette!
