Nice and friendly place. If you want complete silence, that is not the best option.
Very friendly couple. They opened up (normally closed at this time of year) for our group after the main highway was shut down due to a large accident. Very accommodating. Great rates. Great brekkie. Extremely impressed with my first B&B experience.
Dee is an excellent hostess. The location is picturesque, the house is clean, tastefully decorated, she has an eye for what the guests might need. She prepared a delicious breakfast, homemade granola, quiche and took care of special requirements such as lactose intolerance. She gave us all the required information about dining and lunch areas. On our arrival, we sat at the porch as she took out beer and we had a nice chat. I would highly recommend staying at Rose Cottage Bed And Breakfast.
