Brutal service. Rented a backpack the night before sledding, for 3 days. Didn't use it, came back the next morning and the girl told me no refund. She asked the boss, he said a refund is fine, but she took it in her hands to still charge me $15 for the paper work she did. It would have taken less time to give me a full refund, but instead took 20 minutes for her to charge me the $15. I'm sorry, but that is terrible service. There was not much paper work, and I did not use the bag at all. They should be serving their customers, not laying a guilt trip or making a scene. The paper work was nothing and completely irrelevent. This was not an Av pack either, just a regular backpack with a shovel. Give me a break.
We've been sledding in Valemount for years and always stop by at Alpine Country Rentals to say hi, check out the newest clothing and accessories, and stock up on parts & sled oil. The staff is always friendly there and it's the hub for all those end-of-the-day sled stories. I give them 5 stars for continuous awesome customer service!

Did a 4 hour atv tour up Mica Mountain with guide Morgan and was awesome. Good price about $200 per atv, well kept equipment, son's atv was brand new. They provided all equipment incli coveralls, helmet goggles. Guide assessed how strong our riding skills were and took us up a crazy cool trail with amazing views. Will be back.
Great store and friendly staff. They try to get you up and running. Get your Stihl products there and repairs on most small engines, ATV's and Snowmobiles.A nice selection of clothes gloves and helmets.Jeep tours and ATV tours as well as ski Doo tours and rentals.
